Three children somehow became lost.  They walked for hours and hours until they came to a river.  Their home lay on the other side.  None could swim.  They did not have a raft or a boat.  How did they get across the river?

There was a terrible accident on the highway.  The driver of the car was killed and his son was badly injured.  The lad was flown to hospital.  The surgeon on duty took one look at the patient and said, "I can't operate.  He is my son."
